My name is Kian Dyer, and I’ve dreamt of owning my own business since middle school. I’m now 17 years old and proud to have achieved that goal at a young age. I’ve never wanted to be a businessman whose only focus was money—morally, I’ve always felt the need to sell something that actually benefits people and the world in some way.

That’s what led me to create Nessence. I first started the idea in 2024, and it really began to take off in the summer of 2025. At Nessence, I’m building a platform where people can find products sourced from ethical and high-quality suppliers based in the USA. These products aren’t just everyday items—they’re meant to replace wasteful alternatives and help make the world a cleaner, better place.

Growing up in Oregon, surrounded by nature, I developed a deep appreciation for the environment. I want my business to reflect that same respect and encourage better choices that reduce waste.

To be clear, I don’t create these products myself. Instead, I work with suppliers I trust so I can focus on building a brand rooted in transparency, quality, and sustainability. In the future, I hope to design and create my own products that push this mission even further.
